Bahama Mama Stamping

Hej derude,

Essie Bahama Mama + Good as Gold

Jeg fandt en af mine MoYou plader frem og brugte den smukke Good as Gold fra Essie til at stampe med.

Alt i alt er jeg godt tilfreds med designet.

Pas på jer selv derude,
Milena

Untrieds - Appeal4

Hey guys,

It’s no secret that I own a lot of Appeal4 polishes, but many of them are still on my untried list. Therefore I decided to use 3 of them for a mani that I saw on instagram. For this mani I used Cream Hazel, a pretty nude, Heavenly bamboo, a turquoise and Blue planet, a pretty dark navy.

I actually liked the polishes expect for Heavenly bamboo – it was so sheer and I needed 3 coats for full opacity, which is not my cup of tea. Other than that I really like how this turned out. Very simple.

I hope you’re doing great!

Take care,

Milena

Christmas Snowflake Nails

Hey guys

So today I’m ready with a more Christmas inspired mani. I decided to use one of my favorite polishes for December, Essie’s Toogle to the Top. It’s such a pretty dark red, filled with glitter. I only use it around December and I fall in love with it every year. This time I paired it with Essie’s Penny Talk, another favorite of mine.

I found a plate from bornprettystore that had a snowflake pattern and decided to use it for my first Christmas inspired mani.

I actually really love how it turned out! Sadly it’s kind of late December now and I didn’t make all the manis I wanted to do this year L Hopefully I’ll still be able to do just a few more – I really want that.

I hope you guys liked this mani.

Take care,

Milena

Nail The Mail - December Box

Polishes received for review

Hello guys,

Today I’m ready with a review of the December subscription box from Nail The Mail. It’s a box that contains both indie and mainstream polishes, plus something extra.

This month’s box contained two exclusive Nail The Mail indies: Foxy Paws’ Step Into Christmas and Lacquester’s Tailing. The mainstream polish comes from OPI this month, but the polishes you get varies from box to box.

Lacquester - Tailing

The first polish you see is Lacquester’s Tailing. It’s a pretty mermaidteal, with lots of shimmer and glitter. I wasn’t sure what I would think of it, but I really did like it on my nails! It was fine to work with and it looks 95% opaque after 2 coats, which is good enough for me – you might end up needing 3 though.

Foxy Paws - Step Into Christmas

The second indie polish is Foxy Paws’ Step Into Christmas. Oh boy, did I like this one! It’s a dark purple filled with flakies. Are they orange or multichrome? I’m not sure, but I really liked this one. It was a bit sheer on the first coat, but it did get opaque after 2. I decided to do a little stamping with Essie’s Penny Talk.

OPI - Cement the Deal

The last polish in this box was OPI’s Cement the Deal, which is a pretty standard grey crème. It was a tad runny on the first coat, but the second coat made everything better – and opaque. I actually do like the polish I got, and decided to spice things a little bit up with a stud and China Glaze’s Fairy Dust and Appeal4’s Painted Stars.

I am really pleasantly surprised with this box! If you ask me, I’d say that this is the best box out of all the ones I have received. I really enjoyed all the polishes this month! The little something extra was a nail buffer, which isn’t that exciting but other than that, I really like the box – this box costs $25 + shipping and can be found on Nail The Mail's website.

So what do you guys think?

Take care,

Milena

Essie Arrows

God dag derude,

Milena

piCture pOlish Blog Fest 2015

Polishes received for review
Hi lovelies,

So today I’m finally allowed to tell you guys that I’m participating in this year’s piCture pOlish Blog Fest 2015. I’ve been very excited about this and I’m so happy that I got selected as one of the participants.

Jules was kind enough to send me these three polishes, Nude, Love and Cyan. I really had many ideas for Nude and Love, but I didn’t know how to combine Cyan with those two polishes. It was a little bit challenging, but I did come up with something.

As you can see I did do some detailing with black and white, and I also mixed the three polishes I had to make some details for my nail art. At first, I wasn't that happy, but the more I look at it, the cuter it is.

I really hope you guys like my mani! And again, thanks to Jules and the team for selecting me and sending me these polishes J

Take care,

Milena
